The client manager

Requirements:

• Higher or incomplete higher education
• Language knowledge: Latvian, Russian
• Base knowledge of English language (written)
• Work experience by a client manager at least for a year
• Work experience in the IT-company, hosting company is desirable
• Work experience with the primary accounting documentation (accounts, invoices, certificates and etc.)

Tasks:

• Work with existing clients of the company
• Negotiating with clients by phone and e-mail concerning payments, service transfer of servers/hostings/domains rent
• Help to resolve any questions of clients independently or with attraction of company internal services
• Preparation and the conclusion of contracts, work with primary accounting documents

Conditions:

• Work at office
• Time table 5/2 from 10.00 till 18.00, a shift work also is possible
• Wage by interview results

The expert of technical support

Requirements:

• Technical education is desirable
• Language knowledge: Latvian, Russian
• Basic knowledge of English language (written)
• Work experience at least a year (is desirable) in technical support, Call-centre
• Preference to the candidates having a work experience in hosting-provider company, in IT-company
• Knowledge of the PC at level of an advanced user, knowledge of UNIX bases
• Literacy, activity, high working capacity

Tasks:

• Service of telephone and written technical demands of clients

Conditions:

• Work at office
• Time table 5/2 from 10.00 till 18.00, a shift work also is possible
• Wage by interview results

The system administrator

Requirements:

• Technical education is desirable
• Language knowledge: Russian, Latvian
• Knowledge of technical English
• Excellent knowledge of Linux, FreeBSD and web hosting services
• Basic skills of perl, php, bash programming
• Readiness of operative reaction out of working hours
• Work experience by system administrator - not less than 2 years
• Preference to the candidates having a work experience in hosting-provider company, in IT-company

Tasks:

• Setting and administration of servers
• Resolution of difficult client questions (on servers)
• Necessarily dialogue with the client on e-mail or by phone
